MOTIONIZE
Graphically augmenting a work consists in modifying it digitally in order to create movement or to bring a twist to the initial work.
1. RECEIPT OF WORKS
> sending of the works in low def by the artist.
> reception and selection of “motionizable” works.
> validation of the selection.
2. PROPOSALS
> reflection and study with the graphic designer / illustrator of the team and the motion designer to find the best ways to increase the works.
> meeting: presentation of our proposals and discussion with the artist.
> adjustment of our proposals to validate our ideas.
3. MOTIONIZATION
> graphic work to apply the validated digital modifications and isolate the elements to be animated.
> animation of isolated elements to create the desired movement in the work.
Digitally augmented a work can be done in several ways :
- cut it into several works.
- modify it graphically (rework the colors, add outlines digitally, touch-ups to smooth the work, etc.)
- add new elements to it (embed an image in the work, embed an illustration, etc.)
- give it movement by isolating elements of the work and animating them.
